Who can avail of Gamer’s services?

Globe Prepaid and TM subscribers can register and purchase game pins from Gamer. Purchases made by Globe Prepaid and TM subscribers will be deducted from their load. Globe Postpaid subscribers are currently unable to purchase from Gamer due to technical enhancements on Globe’s systems.


What are game e-pins for?

Game e-pins are used to purchase virtual items or as virtual currency on gaming sites. For example, Garena Shells may be used to purchase rewarding products and services, as well as in-game items, on League of Legends, Heroes of Newerth, and Blackshot.


How do I register to Gamer?

Simply click the “Sign Up” button, enter your 10-digit Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid or TM number and key in the authentication code that we will send you. Once we have validated your account, you just need to fill up a short form for us to get to know you better. Globe Postpaid subscribers are currently unable to purchase from Gamer due to technical enhancements on Globe’s systems.


Up to how many game pins can I buy?

For Globe Prepaid and Touch Mobile subscribers, there is currently no maximum limit to the number of Gamepins that you can buy in a day - but of course, you need to have enough load to complete your transactions. Globe Postpaid subscribers are currently unable to purchase from Gamer due to technical enhancements on Globe’s systems.


How do I know if the transaction is successful?

You will receive an SMS stating the Product purchased, its PIN and how much has been charged to your prepaid/postpaid number. Successful transactions will also appear on the My Transactions page.


How much are the e-pins?

E-pins come in different values and prices. To check out the available e-pins for a certain game and their price, click on the "Games "button, then click on the game to show you more information, including the e-pins price list.


I didn’t receive the game e-pins I purchased, what should I do?

If you received the confirmation message that your account had been deducted, but did not receive any PINS, you may go to the “My Transactions” page when logged in, click on the transaction to bring up the Order Item Details page; and click on the “Resend E-Pin” button to resend the e-pin via SMS.


My game e-pins are not working, what should I do?

For any product concerns related to the PINS, kindly contact the games publisher. You may find the link to the publisher’s website under the game’s information page on Gamer.


I’m changing my Globe postpaid/prepaid/TM number. How do I transfer my account to this new number?

Currently, Gamer does not support changing of mobile numbers. You need to sign up again using your new number.


Can I reverse successful purchases?

No. e-pins are non-refundable.
